Job Description

Supply Project Co-Ordinator 


  • The role will initially report to the KI 3 Project Manager and will work closely with the US Program Manager, as well as co-ordinating with project teams working on Dunsbury Park, KI3 and KI4.
  • Coordination tasks including (but not limited to) document management, planning, progress monitoring, coordinating meetings, minute taking and recording actions
  • Creating, monitoring and updating project schedules
  • Liaising with external parties engaged to support the project.
  • Supporting stakeholder communication and engagement, including regular project reporting.
  • In addition, the successful colleague will be part of the growing project management community across WMFTG, helping to develop and implement best practice project management processes and principles to ensure continuous improvement and a standardized approach globally.
