Job Description

Process Improvement Engineer


  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop key field service processes, balancing the value-adding changes with field feasibility
  • Facilitate the deployment of new and revised processes providing measurable improved results
  • Contribute to the risk management by designing processes to remove or mitigate potential risks
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Evaluate and develop standard procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with global standards
  • Collaborate with all the teams within Customer Success to ensure world class service is delivered

About You:

  • A technical degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrated a hands-on approach to process improvement and enthusiasm to get involved with any issues as they arise
  • Knowledge on how to implement feasible metrics to inform process progress and improvement
  • A working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14971:2019, or similar in a highly regulated industry
  • An appreciation of the business considerations and priorities of an operational environment
  • A dynamic and proactive outlook with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The ability to adapt to different audiences, while delivering effective and concise communication
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • A customer-focussed mindset
  • Knowledge in quality problem solving tools such as 8D or Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with supporting audits
  • Experience with facilitating PFMEAs
  • Experience working with third-party organisations
  • Experience working with people with different languages and cultures
