Process Improvement Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop key field service processes, balancing the value-adding changes with field feasibility
- Facilitate the deployment of new and revised processes providing measurable improved results
- Contribute to the risk management by designing processes to remove or mitigate potential risks
- Support internal and external audits
- Evaluate and develop standard procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with global standards
- Collaborate with all the teams within Customer Success to ensure world class service is delivered
About You:
- A technical degree or equivalent qualifications
- Demonstrated a hands-on approach to process improvement and enthusiasm to get involved with any issues as they arise
- Knowledge on how to implement feasible metrics to inform process progress and improvement
- A working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14971:2019, or similar in a highly regulated industry
- An appreciation of the business considerations and priorities of an operational environment
- A dynamic and proactive outlook with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- The ability to adapt to different audiences, while delivering effective and concise communication
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- A customer-focussed mindset
- Knowledge in quality problem solving tools such as 8D or Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage
- Familiarity with supporting audits
- Experience with facilitating PFMEAs
- Experience working with third-party organisations
- Experience working with people with different languages and cultures
