- The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance activities within the plant to keep downtime to a minimum using preventive and reactive maintenance procedures in line with site-specific maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring that the plant availability is optimized through constant and sustained programs of maintenance to company safety and operational procedures and fully comply with HSE legislation, carry out planned and breakdown maintenance at the plant prioritizing works utilizing the onsite defects reporting system, and in agreement with the Maintenance Manager.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have worked as a electro-mechanical maintenance technician, experience IR welding, automated guided carts, hotplate welding or ultrasonic welding would be of great benefit although not essential.
