Cell Leader
Responsibilities:
- Leader of a group of 10-15 assemblers
- Operating with small jigs & presses, ultrasonic welding machines and automatic cable cutting & prep machines
- The selection, assessment & training of staff,
- Interacting with staff from both sales & despatch
- Operation of our PC system for booking of materials on & off
About You:
- Training will be given where necessary, but some background with electrical engineering or products.
- Has Exposure to modern lean manufacturing.
- Strong supervisory/managerial experience.
Benefits:
- The hours of work for this permanent position are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm with 30 mins for lunch, and 8am-1pm on Fridays, with occasional overtime.
- There are 5 weeks annual leave plus public holidays.
- Auto-enrolment pension.
