Business Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To continue the development of the company Business Systems in line with IATF 16949 and leading automotive standards
- To act as the prime contact for all external Audits both 3rd and 2nd party.
- To drive standardisation across the current systems and documentation used at the company
- To develop and maintain the audit programs in line with 3rd party, Customer and the companies’ requirements.
- To ensure that actions plans are develop to support the close out if any issues identified
- To interact with all levels of management ensuring clear communication.
- To support and coach members of the team to support the development of an internal audit team across multiple functions.
- To continue the development of key metrics used to drive both the audit process and the closure of actions identified from the audit process.
- Adhere to company quality awareness.
- Meeting Health and Safety standards supporting others to do the same.
- Assist other areas of the business when required to carry out the same or similar tasks.
- Any other reasonable duties required
About You:
- A self-motivated self-starter with a background in systems engineering preferably with Lead Auditor experience. The person must be used to dealing with people from all levels and have a keen eye for detail.
- Some travel may be required to customer locations and therefore a clean driving licence is essential
